We accept all major credit cards via Paypal on their secure website.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties except for goods delivery purposes.

Delivery Policy

Orders shipped to UK addresses will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail and we normally aim to turn your order around within a maximum of 48 hours if the items are in stock. If we expect the items ordered to be on the next delivery, there may be a waiting period of up to 14 days. If you need an item urgently, feel free to call us to check on the status. If there is due to be a wait of longer than 14 days, we will contact you to offer you an explanation and to discuss the options available to you.

Delivery Charges

Items are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail at a cost of £3.25 to mainland UK addresses.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of Europe is £5.85 for single parcels and for Rest of the World orders, delivery is charged at £10 for single parcels. In the case of a large order, we will contact you with delivery options and a revised quotation.

Refunds and Replacements

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe that you will be delighted with your choice of Sparkly Shoe. However, if the shoes are in any way faulty, they can be returned to us. We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of despatch.

Any items returned must be unworn and in the original condition that you received them from us. If you wish to exchange any item(s) you must cover the cost of the return postage but there will be no subsequent postal charge for the replacement item(s). If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Dislodging of sequins and diamantes during wearing is regarded as normal wear and tear for which refunds or replacements are not applicable.
