ReturnsWe endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe that you will be delighted with your choice of Sparkly Shoe. However, if the shoes are in any way faulty, they can be returned to us. We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of despatch.
Any items returned must be unworn and in the original condition that you received them from us. If you wish to exchange any item(s) you must cover the cost of the return postage but there will be no subsequent postal charge for the replacement item(s). If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
Dislodging of sequins and diamantes during wearing is regarded as normal wear and tear for which refunds or replacements are not applicable.
